				Ryan has been working in production and design for well over a decade as a producer, director, and creative thinker. His work has earned him a number of awards in film, web, television, and beyond. He and Kate co-founded CreativeRHINO in 2007 to open up creative opportunities in new media and production.
	Ryan holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and has a resume as long as Santa's Toy List. As the head of CreativeRHINO, he pushes to create work that breaks down the boundaries of conventionalism.
